Angel Babies

I got this in the mail the other day from Lorrie. It really meant a lot to me. It's hard for me to explain my feelings, and most the time the feelings I have don't really make sense. But it is nice to know that others care about me and remember that inside of me there will always be a part of me that aches.
I thought by now the ache would be better and there are days when it is. I'm grateful for that.

Sneak Attack

On Sunday Pierce was busy working on a project. I couldn't figure it out until I saw it from this view. When I asked him why he was creating 3D versions of our house and the Dockstader's house, he simply replied with " because when we need to plan sneak attacks on Jaida and Emma we need to have a plan!"
I love that they are such good friends and genuinely love each other's company. My kids are truly blessed with such amazing friends.

Sleeping in a Box

Yesterday Allie made this little box bed and she was so proud of herself. She begged to be able to sleep in it. Trent and I didn't have the heart to tell her no, so we let her. Trent snuck in later and snagged this photo. Isn't she the sweetest?

Lake Belliston

It has been raining for the last couple of days and this morning when we woke up the front of our house looked like a small lake.
I really appreciate this view off my front porch. It took a lot of hard work to make this view possible. I love this house. It truly is my happy place.

Twinners

Today we had Tyden and Hadlee over for some fun. I was braiding Jaida's hair and Hadlee asked if she could have her hair matching! Hadlee is such a good cousin and makes sure to include Jaida. It melts my momma/auntie heart.
The kids had a great time. We went to McDonald's for lunch and he look on the cashier's face was priceless when I ordered all that food!
The kids played Minecraft, monopoly, and even built a opossum trap out in the pasture.
It has been so wonderful having them close by so they could still maintain a good relationship with each other.

Cutie Pie

Tonight Allie got a birthday card in the mail from Uncle Brady and Aunt Sasha. In the card it had $10. She was so excited and kept saying over and over " I gots my first moneys!"
I love this sweet little girl so much. She is pure joy.
