life with out Daddy

A couple of things the boys have said while Trent has been gone:

Yesterday Brock got in trouble again, nothing new here, In fact I honestly can't even tell you what it was that he did. But anyways I got mad at him and was telling him why I was upset. He looked me in the eyes and with all that he had said," Well, I don't have a Father!" I laughed so hard, I almost peed my pants.

When we arrived at the gym for work on Wednesday, the guy at the front counter asked the boys how they were doing. Pierce replied," Well my dad he moved away to Baltimore, to get a new house all by himself. My mommy has been crying a lot lately. She is having a baby all by herself, it is a girl and her name is Jaida!" You can only imagine the look on the guys face! Hilarious, I didn't have the time to explain the details. So I am sure he thought Trent and I were going through a divorce or something! hahahaha, that will be the last time he asks how we are doing!

Today my mom was over at our house again. She has been spending quite a bit of time with us lately. Pierce turned to her and said, " Grammy everyone is going to be thinking I have 2 moms!"

I love how their brains work! They crack me up!

** SPOILED **

Yes, It is true this last weekend I was so Spoiled. My Mom and Sister threw me a Baby shower for Little baby Jaida. I got so many cute outfits, blankets, bows, socks, and a tutu! To top it all off a new car seat and a Bumbo chair! Wow, How did I get so lucky?
Gotta love my sister, isn't she Beautiful? Love her.

This picture doesn't really do it justice because it doesn't show the finished production of all my Dad's amazing cooking! He always goes above and beyond with the food! We had 5 different Keish options, bagels, fruit, bruschetta, homemade fudge, muffins, salad, and yummy Carmelita brownies. If any of you are wondering.. No this skill didn't wear off on me! Too bad so sad!
This is the cute diaper cake dear sweet Merriloy made for me! I loved it. I feel bad to use it though. I might just display it forever in her room. Too cute, wish I were that crafty!
Thanks to all the Family and Friends who made it. I loved seeing each and everyone of you. It is so special to know that I am so loved by all of you!

getting ready

We are going crazy packing at our house. I thought about packing little lumpy up until we moved. He is quite the character.
This is him in my closet.. he was so proud of the hanger mobile he made.
The boys made a calendar to count down the days until we moved, they act pretty excited about it. I am sure we will have our share of melt downs when reality sets in. We all know I am an emotional basket case! Being pregnant sure doesn't help my cause either.

Spoken Like a TRUE woman!

So today Brock dropped a toy train on his toe and was crying so hard. I said to him, "Oh buddy, what can I do to make you feel better?" and without skipping a beat he said," Go get me some chocolate and lay me in your bed so I can watch a movie!" I was laughing so hard! He cracks me up! It worked though.. he stopped crying!

final family picture in front of our home

We will be really sad to leave our Syracuse home. We have loved every moment living here. We have the best neighbors and most peaceful street. This is the first place we have actually called "HOME"! We are trying to stay positive about our move, but will miss it here TREMENDOUSLY!

Hitting the slopes

After a long day of Skiing Papa made us French Dip sandwiches. Yummy. My boys love to help their Papa cook!
Pierce and Papa on the slopes in Alta.

Starting out.
Doesn't he look so cute in all his gear!

Pierce, Trent and Papa Russ all went skiing the day after Christmas. It was Pierce's first time. He was so excited to go. At 7 AM this morning he woke up and came in my room with his ski boots in his hand and said," Well, I am all ready to go!" They weren't going until later that afternoon. He was thrilled. All in all it was a success. Pierce said he had a good time and only fell a couple of times. We took some video, I need to figure out how to upload it onto blogger though. Alta is a great place to go and teach new skiers, they have a FREE lift after 3 and to rent all your gear it is like $11 is all.

Merry Christmas

Grammy with Spiderman Pierce.

This year was a wonderful Christmas. It was the first time we have stayed in Utah. Usually we go to Idaho to be with Trent's family, but since his parents are on a mission we stayed here.
About 6:30 AM we were joined in our room by little Lumpy. This comes as no surprise since just about every night he weasels his way in to our bed. He got all cozy under the covers then turned over to me and said," Mama, I gotta tell you something..." I said, "what Bud?" He said, with so much energy, "THERE ARE LOTS AND LOTS OF PRESENTS UNDER MY TREE!" He must have gotten up and went and peeked! I was laughing so hard. I made him stay in our room until 8 AM, then let him go wake up Pierce.
Santa must have known that our boys are infatuated with Spiderman lately. Pierce got a costume, Leapster 2, Spiderman action figures, and the G-Force movie. Brock got a Spiderman bed set, toy story sleeping bag and a train set. Trent got a new stereo for his car and a tripod for our cameras! I got MATERNITY CLOTHES wahoo.. and a new purse, and the most comfortable socks in the entire world!
We spent the rest of the day with my family. We ate my dad's amazing food and just had a relaxing day!

Christmas Eve

This is a late night picture of the Belliston Family on Christmas Eve!( I look awful.) On this night we went out to eat at Cafe Rio and then to see some Christmas lights. We went and walked around the Historic 25th Street in Ogden. The boys had a great time. It was freezing cold.
Our Gracie Girl.. she hated having those antlers on!

The boys and their tree.. We let them decorate it this year, since it was our last Christmas here in our Syracuse home. They enjoyed every minute of it!
