First Parade

For the fourth of July my parent's neighborhood have a children's parade through the neighborhood. All the kids decorate their bikes and such to be in the parade. The kids were really excited to be in the parade. Here is Tbird pulling Lumps in the wagon. He was so excited!
Pierce riding on his decorated bike! I loved that hat he wore!He was so serious about the parade.

And Miss Jaida just enjoying the view from the sidelines. She is so cute!

Gateway Fountains

On June 30th we went down to The Gateway and let the kids run through the fountains. We met up with their cousins Dax, Jo, Tyden and Hadlee. They all had a great time running around and getting wet. The boys have missed their cousins terribly since we have moved and are constantly planning for when they will come and visit us here. Like who gets to sleep where and with who. It is really cute! So it was good to be with them again!
Dax and Pierce having a fun time in the fountains. Pierce was laughing so loud, I absolutely love it when he is laughing like this. His hands start flapping and his laugh is pretty contagious. He is all about having a good time!

Oh and the Lumpy. He had a great time and enjoys just hanging out with the boys. He thinks he is the same age as them, no one has told him that he is small! Pretty funny.

Over the River and through the Woods

So we finally got the OK to go to Utah. My dad flew in to Baltimore Monday late night and we were of by 4 AM the next morning. We made our first flight, phew! We had a deadline because the big Twilight party was that night and I HAD to be there. My awesome cousins had rented out an entire theatre and it was sure to be a great time. We made it to Houston with no hiccups. The boys were great as was Jaida too. Once we arrived in Houston though we realized there was no hope to make it to SLC. Oh No! The hurricane was due to hit in the next few days so people were frantically trying to get out of there. We had no choice but to hop onto a plane bound for Las Vegas. Viva Las Vegas indeed. Luckily my Nana and Papa live in St. George and came and picked us up from the airport. We hit up In and Out and were on the road again. My dad borrowed their van, no air conditioning and 110 degrees, and I rode with my aunt Julie with Jaida. We made it to SLC with time to spare before the big movie premier. Lets just say my kids were amazing! Not once did they complain and were like perfect angels on the flights. This all couldn't have been possible with out my wonderful dad who stuck with us through the madness! Love ya Dad!
And was is worth it... Of course. The party was fun, always great to be with my family. The movie well it was just ok for me!Blah on the picture it is horrible, by the end of this movie I had been awake for 26 hours straight! AHHH.. I was exhausted!

Fathers Day 2010

I know I am late..
We had a wonderful Father's Day! The boys were really excited to get Trent's preset this year. It was hard to top the amazing Mother's day gift he gave me. We made Trent a candy bar card and also gave him a new shirt and tie. I let the boys pick out the tie. They did pretty good!
Trent is an amazing dad and Pierce and Brock adore him. Every night he puts them to bed and tells them stories that they love. He is way more patient then I will ever be and is truly a Disneyland Dad! We love you!
