Going over to the DARK SIDE!

So it is official Trent has become a member of the dark side! He started a new job at the University of Utah today. He is such a funny guy. His new boss told him that they could wear polo shirts on Friday as long as they said University of Utah. He is honestly contemplating not doing it? What who doesn't join in on casual work day? Well Trent might be the first one I know of. He says that he just might be afraid his dad will take him out of his will if he is caught wearing one of these shirts! Funny... But if I am not mistaken isn't that where Brent went to school.. Maybe the Belliston's can clarify that for me. If you don't know my husband very well he is a TRUE BLUE fan and he is known for saying, " We bleed Blue at our house!" So funny to me though. I love BYU too , but wouldn't sacrifice a casual day for that!
Anyways enough of this nonsense, We are super excited for him to start something new. Trent is extremely excited too. He gets an itch to try something new just about every minute. A friend of ours said to him once that at least Heavenly Father won't be disappointed that he didn't try out all of his talents. He definitely is well diversified, but I guess that is what you love about Trent! We are proud of him and we think he is awesome. Good Job TBird!

Our Family's new Additions...

Hope that sparked your attention! Well no we aren't expecting any more little ones any time soon, but Pierce has been wanting a fish from Walmart for quite some time now. We finally went over to Walmart tonight and got him some fishies. He was so excited when the lady was catching them, I think that every part of his body was shaking. As soon as we got them he looked at me and said "hmmm what should we name them Mama?" I said I don't know what do you think and he said the black one should be Oscar and the orange one is pumpkin. So there you have it we have two new members of our family aren't they so cute.

Utah State Fair

Last night we went to the Utah State fair. It is a family tradition at least for me I have gone for pretty much every year since I was born. We had a really fun time together. The boys had fun looking at all the animals. Brock loved the cows he was pointing at all of them and yelling out " dah dah dah" It was really cute. Pierce was most excited to see the goats and the bunnies. When we walked into the bunny exhibit he yelled,"It's the BUNNIES" At the top of his lungs.

What we would the fair be without a yummy corn dog? Their faces crack me up. They also enjoyed... of course some kettle corn, roasted almonds, and a snowie! Little bit on the spoiled side!

Do you think Pierce looks a little bit annoyed with his dad? I told him to look at me when I take the picture because every time I take one he looks away. This is what he did when I said that! Cute!

So what is the best part of when Mama goes out with her Friends??

Having Papa watch you ! So on Tuesday night I went out to dinner with some friends from high school and Trent was at Young Mens. My cute Mom and Dad offered to watch the boys so I could go (Thanks). So when I returned the boys were downing some yummy Popsicles that Aunt Vicki had made them, lets just say the boys were in heaven. That is what Grammy and Papas are for right to let your kids so pretty much whatever they want and then make you be the bad guy! So as I am getting ready to leave my Dad has this sweet idea to take a office chair with the two boys and go down the driveway! It was hilarious to watch.. Here are the pictures to prove. Pierce and Brock were laughing so hard. As I was showing Pierce the pictures today he said, " Look Mama that was kinda like a ride at Dagoon (Lagoon)!" Funny kid.

PaRtY TiMe..

Tyden and Pierce enjoying there ice cream cones at Chick -fil- a! Funny boys!
Pierce and Chuck-E!
Pierce and his Favorite Wall-E cake!
Finger lickin' good!
Pierce on his new Harley scooter! He has been wanting this for a long time. Doesn't he look cute?

So as you may know it was Pierce's third birthday on Thursday. We woke up that morning and he was so excited for his day. I was already up and I asked him what he wanted to do for his birthday and he said, " I just want you to play with me and don't clean!" Funny how he picks up on things.. I admit I am a little OCD when it comes to cleaning got that from my mother!Anyways I got him some little dumb toys to open in the morning because we wanted to save his bigger gifts for when Trent was around to watch him open them. So he got a mini balloon pump and balloons and we spent the morning blowing those up. He thought that was the coolest thing ever, and probably would have been satisfied with just that for a present. After getting ready we had to go to Target and pick up his Wall-E birthday cake. He was so excited and when the lady brought out his cake and gave it to me he looked at her and with all sincerity said," You made this for me.... it is my favorite, Thank you so much". It was a priceless moment. The lady said that was the nicest thing anyone had ever said to her. Funny. I probably would have given him an Oscar for his performance, some times he is a little bit dramatic.

Then we were off to my parents house. My mom took him out to Chick-fil-a for some good old nuggets and french fries yum.. and of course they have a pretty cool playground. We then tried to wrestle the kids at Target to get some odds and ends.. not a fun trip at all. He definitely needed some rest. Back to my moms for some rest indeed!

Later that night we went to Chuck-e-Cheese. Of course where else does a three year old want to celebrate his birthday. He was so excited. We had good time and good company. Thanks to all who could make it, and for those who couldn't we sure did miss ya!

Can't Believe He is 3!

Little bit excited about the presents. he had to have a picture with it!

Wow, to think that three years ago I was having my first child. Wow that is crazy to think about. Pierce has been such a blessing in my life. I am so grateful to be his mother, even when he is a big stinker. I have been thinking back to those memories when I knew I was about to become a mother and also the special times that I have had with my little Pierce. Happy Birthday little P! Here are some funny things about Pierce:

1. He was born in Pullman, Washington.

2. He was a stinker baby.. colic really bad, thought he was going to drive me to the loony bin!

3. He has his Dad's heart and pretty much anyone he comes in contact with, he is a sweet boy!

4. VERY SENSITIVE... When he was little and even now you even look at him the wrong way and he cries.. except for now he will say "you hurt my feelings" So sad!(Not sure who he got that from... um maybe me!)

5. He loves his brother, and the first thing he wants in the morning is a Squeeze and a smooch from Lump a Lump (Brockie)!

6. He loves his Friends... (Kinda like his daddy) He is always wanting to play with them and prays for them all the time.

7. Biggest worry wort of all time... (Whitney he might have you on this one!) He worries constantly. he has to be sure everyone is okay and happy all the time!

8. Loves Loves Loves Music, He could sing and dance all the time. It is really cute.

9. He absolutely got his non stop talking form his Dad! Sorry Trent it is true. This kid pretty much came out talking. He could talk your ear off. It is actually kinda nice because I can actually have someone to talk to during the day!In fact he is quite the comedian too. Funny things just spout out constantly.

10. He is the most special thing to me in the world. I can't even explain the joy that he has brought into my life. What a better person I am because of him. I just love my little peanut.
