Blueberry picking

I found this awesome local farm here. Today we took the kids to go and pick blueberries. We had such a good time. We also got some apples, corn, eggs and peaches. We are going back for sure. 

This afternoon Trent's work had an amazing party at the park here in town. They had face painting, live band, BBQ, Zumba, bounce houses, snow cones, elephant ears, soda truck. We had a great time. 

Exploring

We made an offer I a beautiful home here in Yakima. We have to sell our house in Clovis first. This creek runs along the back of the property. The kids are in heaven. I really hope this becomes a reality.

Checking it out

We drove the kids over to the school to let them check out their new digs. They couldn't see much, but are excited for a new adventure. We will miss our Mickey Cox Family!

Helping

We went over to one of Trent's co-workers house today to help clean up their yard. We had a good time and got some work done so he let the kids ride on the kayaks in his pond. Pierce especially loved it.

See what I have to put up with?! Haha always photo bombing my pics. Love that kiddo though. He has been so positive through all these new changes.

Boise weekend

We caught wind that family was going to be in Boise for the weekend so unloaded up the kids and made the quick 5hr drive. We had such a fun time playing with cousins. We went boating one day at Lucky Peak. The kids loved that. We got to see Pierce's friends Ethan too. I love seeing my kids have such good relationships with their cousins.

Cherry neighbors

Our new neighbors came over to welcome is to the neighborhood and brought us some local cherries. They were so yummy!

Public pool disaster

You realize how good you've had it when you go to a public pool. Allie cried almost the whole time baca use the kids were too noisy or that it was too crowded. Jaida had a blast going down the water slide over and over. She was not afraid at all.

She loves her Gracie girl.

She is always doting on her Gracie girl. Spoiling her with bones and always letting her in he house. They are buddies.

Pie face game

Brock got this for his birthday! We had a great time playing it and all laughed, well except Jaida, she was one of the first to get hit and cried pretty hard. She laughed the second time though.

Happy Birthday

This kid is turning 9!! Hard to believe. He is amazing. His brain never stops and he has a heart of gold. I love you Lumps.

Today we met dad at Dickeys for lunch and saw a movie. Ice Age Collision course. Love you buddy.

One last birthday hurrah

Brock wanted to have a little birthday party before our move! These are such good buds. We are so grateful to have been surrounded by such good boys. Brock had fun swimming, laser tagging. Such great friends happy birthday Brock!

This guy is our adopted uncle. We are sure gonna miss him. Today was just hard. So many tears. We love you Jon.

Sister Hernandez

Allie's sunbeam teacher stopped by today with some cookies and to say goodbye to Allie. Allie is sure gonna miss her.

So hard

Every Wednesday and many days in between for the last 3 years these kids have been together. We aren't friends we are family. This is by far the hardest thing I've had to do.. We said goodbye to the Dockstaders today. There was much laughter and joy, but also many tears. We will miss our Wednesday's with you.

Goodbye Polar bear

For the last 3 years I have almost seen this lady everyday after school. We are complete opposites. She calls me lizard (I like summer heat) and she is a polar bear ( she loves cold weather) we laugh, we cry and we have a great relationship. I'm sure gonna miss my CJ. She is a true friend!

My helper

Brock is always willing to step up and help when I ask. He has been staying up late with me to pack up our stuff. I love this kid and am so proud of his work ethic.

Jon

Jon came over to help me clean out the garage. This is what he ended up doing, Haha. He really did help me a lot though! We are gonna miss him.

Worn out

We have been busy getting ready to move and sell our house.. This girl is so worn out.

Sweaty six pack

For the last 5 months I have been really hitting the gym hard. It feels so good to sweat and work hard. I'm not seeing huge results yet, but I'm feeling so much stronger, happier and healthier. I'm so grateful to have Dee as my workout partner and friend. She is always pushing me to be better in more ways than one. I love her.

Goodbye Max

We were sad to say goodbye to Max today, but we found him a new living home. He will be missed.

Today was cow appreciation day and so of course we got all dressed up to get our free meals. Brock was filmed by the owners and put on their website. Funny kid. We sure had fun with our cousins while there.
